Hello! As I am getting close to releasing the bunny pattern with roses, I wanted to share with you a post for just the rose + leaf + stem crochet pattern. I have also created a video available on my youtube channel to help guide you through it. I love making these and they add such a sweet touch to the amigurumi! I hope you find this tutorial and links helpful and that it inspires some creativity and personal touches to your projects! This was designed to go with Flora the Bunny Crochet Pattern
SC in 2nd ch from the hook. *3 DC in the next chain space, then sl st in the next 2 chain spaces* Repeat from *to* ending with 2 sl st’s. Leave a long tail to sew the petals together.
Rose assembly: Start rolling the petals together starting with the end that has the SC. Placing the petals against each other. When you are finished, sew through the bottom of the petals to hold the flower shape. Do this by turning the flower with the wrong side facing you. I did this by going in a circle to make secure everything together.
Fasten off and weave in the end for the rose being attached to the stem and leaf.
Leave a long tail for the rose being used as a hairpiece to sew on a doll’s head.

Fasten Off and leave a long tail (about 8 inches) to attach the rose first then the leaf behind the rose to the lower left side.
