Hi everyone! In this blog post I will show you how to crochet a cloud applique that can be used as decorations for a blanket or pillows! It is simple and works up quickly.
The Yarnspirations Bernat baby blanket yarn is so soft and perfect for this project! I have listed two different sizes to make this cloud in. The big cloud measures approximately 8.5″ x 4.5″ the small one measures approximately 4″ x 3.5″. You can use a smaller or bigger sized hook and yarn to get the desired size you need.
The Bernat Baby blanket yarn can be difficult;t to crochet due to its fluffiness but I noticed of I tug slightly after making the double crochet I can feel where the next stitch is. At least it’s not black yarn, am I right?? 😀
Clouds are imperfectly perfect so I encourage you to be ok if you miss a stitch or if you want to do more or less curves. around the cloud. I hope this inspires you to make something and thank you for checking it out!
